शिक्षा केवल ज्ञान प्राप्त करने का माध्यम नहीं है, बल्कि यह व्यक्ति के व्यक्तित्व, विचारों और भविष्य के निर्माण की आधारशिला है। शिक्षक समाज के निर्माण में सबसे महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं। इसी उद्देश्य को ध्यान में रखते हुए हमारा D.El.Ed. महाविद्यालय भावी शिक्षकों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा, व्यावहारिक ज्ञान एवं आवश्यक कौशल प्रदान करने के लिए निरंतर प्रयासरत है।

हमारा मानना है कि एक कुशल शिक्षक केवल पाठ्यक्रम पूरा करने वाला व्यक्ति नहीं होता, बल्कि वह विद्यार्थियों के जीवन को सही दिशा देने वाला मार्गदर्शक, प्रेरक और आदर्श होता है। इसलिए हमारे संस्थान में प्रशिक्षुओं के शैक्षणिक विकास के साथ-साथ उनके नैतिक, सामाजिक, मानसिक और व्यावसायिक विकास पर भी विशेष ध्यान दिया जाता है।

महाविद्यालय में प्रशिक्षुओं को आधुनिक शिक्षण विधियों, बाल मनोविज्ञान, कक्षा प्रबंधन, मूल्यांकन प्रक्रिया, डिजिटल शिक्षा तथा गतिविधि आधारित शिक्षण का व्यावहारिक ज्ञान प्रदान करने का प्रयास किया जाता है। हमारा उद्देश्य है कि प्रत्येक प्रशिक्षु भविष्य में विद्यालयी शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में अपनी जिम्मेदारियों को पूरी निष्ठा, संवेदनशीलता और आत्मविश्वास के साथ निभा सके।

आज शिक्षा का स्वरूप तेजी से बदल रहा है। तकनीकी विकास और डिजिटल माध्यमों ने शिक्षण-अधिगम प्रक्रिया को एक नया आयाम दिया है। ऐसे समय में भावी शिक्षकों का तकनीकी रूप से सक्षम होना अत्यंत आवश्यक है। हमारा संस्थान प्रशिक्षुओं को बदलती शैक्षिक आवश्यकताओं के अनुरूप तैयार करने के लिए निरंतर नवीन प्रयास करता है।

मैं सभी प्रशिक्षुओं से अपील करता/करती हूँ कि वे अपने प्रशिक्षण काल का पूरा लाभ उठाएँ, नियमित रूप से कक्षाओं में भाग लें, अनुशासन बनाए रखें और अपने ज्ञान एवं कौशल को निरंतर विकसित करें। शिक्षक बनने की जिम्मेदारी केवल एक नौकरी प्राप्त करना नहीं, बल्कि समाज और राष्ट्र के भविष्य को दिशा देने का महत्वपूर्ण दायित्व है।

मुझे विश्वास है कि हमारे प्रशिक्षु अपने ज्ञान, मेहनत, अनुशासन और सकारात्मक सोच के माध्यम से शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्ट योगदान देंगे तथा अपने संस्थान, परिवार और समाज का नाम रोशन करेंगे।
